Many of my clients are young adults looking to try therapy for the first time. Some have relocated to the LA area for work or school. It can be helpful to have someone other than friends or family to talk with about personal struggles. Issues we might address include finding and maintaining friendships and relationships, increasing communication skills, managing moods, including depression and anxiety. I provide a warm, confidential environment for exploring personal issues. I offer support and someone to talk to about current stressors, as well a a deeper look into long standing issues. I offer long or short term work. Perhaps you need an emotional tune up, or just a safe place to talk.
