Sex feels out-of-control or shameful and you don’t know how to contain it. You have dilemmas about what really does it for you erotically, porn use, or masturbation habits. Therapy with me is focused, warm, supportive, and is a reliable recovery and healing space. I offer a sturdy container to help you access agency and safety in communication and feeling through emotions, as well as a highly educated and trained expertise in Emotion Focused Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, trauma recovery, and relational intervention.
I work with couples and individuals to help with sexual shame, anxiety, functioning issues, religious dilemmas, communication, repairing trust, and grief around sex. I help with out-of-control behaviors, porn, and masturbation issues. You will feel your feelings, explore how you protect yourself and connect to others, and learn about true eroticism.
