As a Christian, I often integrate the hope and healing of a gospel-centered approach with therapy, but wherever you may find yourself in your own spiritual journey - I am ready to meet you there.
My areas of focus include: trauma (relational, religious, and systemic), depression, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders and OCD. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-I) and have specialized training in EMDR, IFS, CBT and DBT approaches.
