Do you feel stuck in a cycle of food rules, body concerns, or eating patterns that feel exhausting and hard to break, or are you worried about your child or teen’s relationship with food and their body? We will work together using a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach grounded in person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Our work focuses on understanding your experience and how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact so change feels possible and sustainable.

I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families navigating eating disorders and the impact these concerns can have on daily life, relationships, and self-worth. Our work may include FBT, CBT-E, or CBT-AR and support concerns such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, body image struggles, and body dysmorphic disorder.
