As an experienced therapist, I've worked with college students navigating life transitions, complex trauma survivors who feel disconnected from the people around them, and high-performing professionals struggling to balance the demands of work and home. I am especially passionate about helping clients with trauma histories and neurodivergence make sense of historical struggles through a non-judgmental, self-compassionate lens. I meet with and help empower men, women, and non-binary adults through private telehealth sessions.

We'll work together using a combination of evidence-based practices to reduce or eliminate your current symptoms, then explore new ways to navigate life's difficulties, allowing you to live a full, meaningful life.
