I am a fully trained EMDR (trauma) psychotherapist through The EMDR Insitute. Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Emotional Freedom technique (somatic healing) are examples of the evidenced based practices I use in sessions to offer skills and promote healing. I have a long history of serving members of the Cornell and Ithaca College communities.
