I am a provisionally licensed therapist specializing in talk therapy, coping mechanisms, grounding techniques and life coaching. I have experience working with adults, older adults, and children ages 2-9. I offer phone and video sessions. I do not have an office, but can do in person therapy using a private library meeting room or going for a walk together.
I am typically available M-F 4pm - 9pm and weekends 8am-9pm, but I do have a somewhat flexible schedule. I do not currently take insurance. Email is the best way to get ahold of me.
