Feelings of loneliness, depression, and isolation are often a surprise when we are surrounded by people at work, home, and in social connections. In over 20 years of practice, I have helped adults and couples to identify and resolve the issues that are obstacles to creating more fulfilling lives and relationships. I bring the qualities of warmth and connection, honesty, sensitivity, creativity, flexibility, humor, clarity and openmindedness, and interactive exchange to sessions.
Individual, couples, and group therapy are included in my practice.
Specialties include depression, anxiety, relationship issues, childhood trauma recovery, grief work, and life transitions.
My approaches are tailored to the needs of each client and draw from many theoretical perspectives including Ego Psychology, Attachment Theory, EMDR, CIMBS, Cognitive Behavioral work, trauma recovery, internal systems/parts work, Psychodrama, Brainspotting, and Energy Psychology.
