I am Helen Phoenix, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over 20 years of experience working with adults aged 18 and older. I specialize in helping individuals navigate struggles with depression, anxiety, adjustment issues, and stress-related disorders. My approach encourages self-care and focuses on improving mental, physical, and emotional well-being. I earned my Master's degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from New England College.
My therapeutic practice combines acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion techniques.
