I am invested in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum, clients with ADHD, among other neurological profiles. As a neurodiversity-affirming counselor, I recognize the challenges my clients face when attempting to navigate a world than can overwhelm and can often lead to feeling unsupported and misunderstood. My clients are individuals who bring their unique life experiences to the counseling relationship. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor who values respect and creating a safe space for you to feel validated, supported, and empowered to live a joyful, authentic, and fulfilling life.
I use a person-centered/humanistic approach, CBT, DBT, Narrative, Gestalt, and Feminist therapy. Upon request, I use hypnotherapy and teach clients self-hypnosis as a tool they can use to achieve specific goals. Your unique needs are my priority, and my mission is to support you in your journey as you empower yourself to say YES to the life you deserve.

We will explore thinking patterns and life experiences that contribute to anxiety, depression, anger, fear, guilt, and shame. Groups
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy Group for Adults
This six-week virtual therapy group is designed for adults (18+) with late-diagnosed autism and/or ADHD and uses a strength-based and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Participants will find a safe, validating, and empowering space to explore identity and experiences of masking, build strategies for sensory regulation and executive functioning, connect with others who “get it," and reframe self-perception from “deficit” to “difference.”
