Helen holds a bachelor’s degree in psychotherapy from Cork Institute of Technology, Ireland, and a master’s degree in social work from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. Helen utilizes a person-centered and psychodynamic approach that focuses on exploring past experiences and unconscious processes to develop self-awareness, insight, and understanding which are the building blocks of change.
In addition to private practice, Helen has extensive experience in Home Hospice and Inpatient Palliative Care, where she supports patients and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions.
