My name is Helen and I am the owner of The Therapeutic Wellness Practice, and I truly believe it's a privilege & honor for someone to allow me to be a part of their world during challenging, painful and vulnerable times. We will begin where you are and create and path that you are comfortable with and take the steps together in moving forward with creating growth and healing. At times change seems impossible and just too difficult to achieve, with support and encouragement we will create that foundation so that it can occur.
I have over 20 years of experience working with teens and adults with Co-Occurring Disorders, Addictions (Drug, Alcohol & Gambling), Trauma, Relationship Concerns or during Transitional periods. My treatment approaches vary depending on the individual and their needs; CBT, Client Centered, Solution-focused and mindfulness and many more.
