Originally from Australia, I bring both professional and personal experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the many ways people navigate adversity, identity, belonging, and change. Living with an invisible illness, I know some of life's most significant struggles aren't visible to others.
I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and severe mental health concerns. Using a person-centered approach, I help clients build coping skills, strengthen emotional regulation, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.
