I invite you to join me in exploring therapy to facilitate healthy and hopeful changes for you. I practice psychotherapy with adults, couples and families. I take most insurance plans and am credentialed as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ TX 35587). I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers, American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, and the Central Texas Society of Clinical Hypnosis.
My special interest is using hypnosis to help you discover your own answers within that motivate positive changes in your moods, habits, or physical health. Hypnosis uses focused attention, vivid imagery, and deep relaxation to access your own natural power to change. It is an option but not a requirement for our therapy together.
