If you’re feeling stuck in a relationship or facing the emotional upheaval of divorce, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to help you process what you're going through and reconnect with your strengths.

I am trained as a psychoanalyst so my bent is insight-oriented, exploring how one's past affects the present, without dwelling on the past. The goal is to move forward with empowerment.
