I am a National Board-Certified Counselor and EMDR Certified therapist with over 15 years of experience in mental health working with adolescents and adults. I am also a Texas Board Certified Supervisor and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I am a current Doctoral Candidate (Doctor of Psychology) and help clients work through their uncomfortable situations to achieve their personal goals and growth. I include a series of treatment models and use EMDR therapy for specific conditions. I am also trained in Mindful Self-Compassion and use it in sessions to empower people to heal their hearts and minds.
