Going through rough transitions in life such as dealing with a disability, adjustment to blindness, loss of someone, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, or identity issues can take a toll on your mind, body, and spirit. It is extremely challenging to have to deal with all these emotions with nobody to vent to and explore positive ways to deal with these issues. My ideal client is someone who understands and desires a better outlook on life and a better perspective of themselves. Even though you may be going through adjustment to new challenges that create stress, anxiety, or depression, there is always hope.
I strongly believe you can change your attitude and gear your mindset, emotions, and behavior in a positive way.
