While I see a wide range of clients, my advanced training focuses in three areas: Couples in conflict, OCD diagnosis and treatment, and depression and trauma recovery. I'm drawn to the unique complexity of each client, because nothing about being human is simple. You'll find my approach direct and grounded, but always compassionate.

I work with couples in conflict using Gottman and IFS approaches. Lasting relationships take work and often our individual histories and unresolved experiences make connection difficult. For OCD, I draw on Inference-Based CBT, ACT, and ERP. I am also EMDR-certified for trauma. Treatment is something we build together with clinical rigor and individual care.
Having lived and worked in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, as well as the US East Coast and Midwest, I enjoy working with clients from different cultural/religious backgrounds. Our heritage deeply affects the way we see the world and my office is a neutral space where you can come and be heard.
