With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I will work with you collaboratively to address your concerns. I have helped many individuals with anxiety, depression, specific phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, sleep disturbance, and difficulties related to medical conditions. I value the uniqueness and strengths of individuals while utilizing evidence-based treatments, primarily focusing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Therapy may integrate biofeedback, mindfulness, or acceptance focused approaches. I have a special interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety or mood difficulties during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
Experiences include 10 years providing services in a private practice setting and training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Kennedy Krieger Institute. I look forward to hearing from you as you start or continue your journey towards improved mental health.
