Welcome! I am here to help you heal and grow in meaningful and lasting ways. My focus with clients is on healing past emotional wounds that are held in the body, as these are healed you can naturally find the ability to grow and change in the ways you've been wanting to. I work somatically (with body awareness). Perhaps you've tried talk therapy and found that it can only go so far. The body awareness work I do (called Somatic Experiencing) is a gentle, direct and powerful way to catalyze healing. If you are curious to work in this way then reach out to set up an intro call!
My approach draws from Somatic Experiencing, the work of Peter Levine. I also integrate tools from Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Core Energetics and Expressive Arts Therapy. I am also a Wilderness Vigil and Rites of Passage guide and offer trauma-informed integration before and after psychedelic journeys.
