I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My therapeutic focus is eclectic. I prefer to utilize various skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, Family Therapy, and various other disciplines. I aim to work with you to find the best solution to your concerns.
I work best with adults of all ages. My background has been in marital, individual, and family therapy with a focus on many issues, including anxiety and depression, chronic or serious illness, life transitions, and grief therapy.
