I currently offer individual therapy to adults, with expertise in treating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma, as well as supporting folks exploring identity formation. As a trained dance/movement therapist, I work with clients to support their body awareness, self-esteem, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
