I am passionate about helping people achieve their potential and assisting them along the process. Some of my areas of particular interest include anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, autism spectrum, relationship/marital issues, grief, understanding sexuality, open/ Poly relationships, and transgender/gender non-conforming individuals.
I utilize various therapeutic approaches to assist my clients. Some of the approaches I use are person-centered therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I use evidence-based practice approaches and base my therapy on empathy and understanding.
