You may be dealing with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, mood swings, feeling shutdown, or have lingering postpartum symptoms that never fully resolved. I work with women in all stages of life experiencing the emotional strain of modern motherhood. This may look like depression, anxiety, or OCD. You may have experienced a trauma, or you identify as neurodiverse (ADHD, autism). Whether you're overwhelmed or in a deeper level of distress, I provide therapy that will help you feel more steady, clear, and in control.

I'm an attachment-focused, trauma informed therapist specializing in maternal mental health providing individual therapy. I support parents and couples using EFT, and anxious kids ages 4-18 years old using Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). I provide immigration evaluations for asylum, hardship, VAWA, & U/T-Visas.
