I'm Heidy, an AuDHD, bilingual, multicultural therapist who works with adults seeking deeper healing, & self-understanding. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from carrying more than others realize. Maybe you are navigating trauma, grief, life transitions, perinatal mental health, identity exploration, relationship or intimacy concerns, sexual health, or neurodivergence. Perhaps you've spent years masking, people-pleasing, or trying to fit into spaces that never fully understood who you are. Whatever you're facing, you don’t have to go through it alone.
My approach integrates whole-person centered care with deep emotional attunement. I provide a BIPOC, decolonizing, neurodivergent, kink friendly/sex-positive, LBGTQIA2S+ welcoming space, secured in the belief that every part of you is essential & worthy of care. We’ll gently explore what’s keeping you stuck, heal pain, & build kinder ways to cope.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to those often dismissed - immigrants navigating new worlds, people finding their voice, parents carrying heavy loads, & anyone who has felt like a misfit in spaces that failed to recognize their truth.
