I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), EMDR trained and specialize working with First Responders, Adults, and Couples struggling with PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and relationship issues. My focus is primarily ACT, Mindfulness and CBT to help you in your journey.
