I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and also utilize other evidence based techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have many years of experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. My hope is to create a treatment plan together that is tailored to your individual needs.
