I am not able to accept new clients at this time.
I have worked extensively with adolescents and families, including work related to divorce (especially high conflict) and step family dynamics. Additionally, I am experienced with issues surrounding emotional and/or sexual abuse and understand the impact this has on all aspects of an individual's life.
I am trained in DBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapy and we will use pieces of each in our work. We may work sitting and talking, walking, or drawing/painting. Finding how you best express yourself is important to me. This is especially true when I work with adolescents.
