About
Are you struggling with narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma or issues related to divorce? These are my specialty. My style incorporates several techniques. I’m influenced by positive psychology, body-based therapy, and relational therapies. Focusing on self-love is crucial for all issues! My goal is to assure that you feel supported and that you have tools to help you between our sessions. There are skills that you can incorporate into your daily life to help with all this. I work with adults, couples, and families. Narcissistic abuse touches us deeply. This can be especially difficult to tough to recover from. Trust me, you can heal! If you're in a high conflict divorce, My experience include facilitating High Conflict Divorce classes, for over a decade. There are many tools that you can implement. Things can change.
I am trained in DBT, mindfulness, IFS, inner child work, psychodynamic, and client-centered therapy. We will use pieces of each in our work.
