As a therapist, I aim to hold a compassionate, caring space and give you safety to explore the hard things in your life, with wise guidance to find new ways to handle the stressors in your past and present. I want you to find resolution, a sense of hopefulness, improved self-confidence, and healthy, productive relationships.
I primarily use IFS (Internal Family Systems) Therapy in my practice. It is the most comprehensive and holistic model that I have found for working with our internal conflicts and our exiled emotions. It not only helps us understand those parts of us, but also to truly heal them for the long term.
I specialize in working with people who experience trauma, grief, anxiety, chronic illness, and sexual abuse. I work with both adults and couples. I will not be the right therapist for every person, but I encourage you to reach out if you feel I might be able to help.
