I am non-pathologizing & have worked extensively with creatives on their practice, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, prolonged grief disorder, burnout, communication, relationship issues, self-esteem, self-compassion, body image, substance abuse, parenting & infertility. I also offer EMDR.
I tend to work best with clients who are committed to the therapeutic process, curious about themselves, open-minded, self-reflective & who aim to increase their self-awareness.
