Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when you or your child are struggling with emotions, stress, behavioral challenges, or life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. I work with children experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, school-related stress, social difficulties, family transitions, grief, and other challenges that may impact their emotional well-being. I work collaboratively with parents and families to provide support, education, and practical strategies.
I offer in-person sessions for children utilizing play therapy techniques. I use developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approaches to help children build emotional awareness, strengthen problem-solving skills, improve self-esteem, and develop healthier ways to communicate. I also offer telehealth therapy services for clients ages 12 and older in Texas.
My counseling approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized to each client’s needs. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel emotionally safe, respected, and free from judgment. I focus on building strong therapeutic relationships because feeling connected and understood is an important part of the healing process.
