Hi there! I’m Heidi and I’m currently holding a waitlist for new adult EMDR clients! I am passionate about the 2S-LGBTQIA+ community, individuals, & trauma work via EMDR. As a queer white social worker, my practice is deeply rooted in a commitment to social justice, anti-racism, and cultural humility. If you have experienced big life changes, are wanting affirming & inclusive care, or are simply seeking someone to witness your journey, you are not alone. I will prioritize creating an inclusive, calm, & casual environment for you to feel worthy, cozy, and seen!
I promise to continually work to create a space that honors our shared humanity, intersectional identities, and wherever you are in your journey. I will work within the holistic lens of your life and systems. I draw from a variety of therapeutic frameworks & seek to be flexible, creative, & collaborative in our work. I am also fully trained in EMDR!
