I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a passion for helping others learn how to show up and be their best selves while living their authentic lives. I believe in cultivating a strong therapeutic partnership and identifying obstacles to one's goals. We all need a safe place free of judgment where we can feel seen and heard.
I have a background in residential substance abuse, both in corrections and within the community. I have professional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), MI (Motivational Interviewing) I am certified in the assessment and treatment of ADHD, and I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a Client Centered approach.
