I work with individuals experiencing chronic traumatization, dissociative symptoms and disorders (including structural dissociation), domestic violence, intimate partner violence, child abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, and neglect), self harm, suicidal ideation/intent, autism, and adhd.
As an AuDHD individual, I have an authentic and human approach. I ground my work in neurobiology, somatics, and the therapeutic relationship. I utilize parts work, play therapy, gestalt therapy, movement, and more in my work with children, adolescents, and adults, depending on what each client is needing and wanting from our relationship.
