Currently accepting new clients for solution focused treatment and EMDR therapy.
I am passionate about working with clients during the postpartum phase of life as well as the full lifespan in treating trauma and distressing events by providing EMDR, FLASH, and intensive therapy. I use a straight forward and head-on approach to help clients achieve their goals more rapidly.
I customize treatment to your specific needs, schedule, life circumstances, and values. We will engage in meaningful work and thought provoking change during our time together. Our goals will be structured on exploring changes that may allow you to live more freely, with more joy, and a better sense of self.
