About
Are intrusive thoughts getting out of control? Do you find yourself worrying and not always knowing why? Are feelings of sadness or emptiness making it hard to enjoy things that once made you happy? Counseling is a healing journey. I would consider it a privilege to help you through this journey. I believe in helping people to reach their maximum potential and teaching people to manage their symptoms so that they may live as full and as meaningful a life as possible. My intention is to empower you to make the best decisions for yourself and to help you to cope with challenges in your life.
I will give you a safe, confidential space to talk and work on feeling better. I am experienced in helping people with anxiety and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I am also passionate about working with people with various abilities and teaching/counseling them on sexuality issues (such as boundaries, assertiveness and education).
I welcome you to call me for a phone consultation. If you are unsure about what benefits your insurance providers offer I can help you with calling them to find out. If you are unable or it is difficult for you to leave your home I will provide services to you in your home for a fee of $150 per session.
