Whether you think you need it or not, therapy can benefit everyone! I love what I do and am passionate about helping others and instilling hope in their lives. I specialize in working with individuals 2 to 18 years of age who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, emotion regulation, or just need some coping skills to get through life (as we all do). As your therapist, you will be given a safe place to express yourself in a non-judgmental way.

My focus is Child-Centered Play Therapy, EMDR with children, CBT, talk therapy, and parent/caregiver sessions.
