Hello! My name is Heidi Reddin and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in New Braunfels, TX, and I see clients all throughout Texas via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and major life transitions. I use Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy as modalities to explore client concerns.
My approach to therapy varies based on a client's needs. The client explores their areas of focus and goals and together we formulate a strategy plan: building understanding and compassion towards self, identifying and building awareness of triggers and responses, and tools for support.
