Throughout my 23 years doing therapy, I have learned that each of us has the inner gift of healing if provided a safe, supportive, empowering, respectful environment to identify and access our strengths. I have both counseling and substance use licenses and I believe each individual brings unique strengths and valuable contributions to every relationship and workplace. I use a variety of techniques including CBT, EMDR, DBT, IFS, ACT, Family Systems, EFT, Gottman Method and building life skills to help each person achieve the goals they set for themselves.
