Have you experienced trauma? Feeling stuck and hopeless after infidelity? Looking for freedom from anxiety? I'm here to help you summon the courage to face your concerns, to provide a safe place where you can work through them at your own pace, and for you to experience the happiness, wholeness and healing that comes out of that process. I work with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression and grief, however my speciality is working with anything trauma related. I work with individuals, couples and groups. One of my specialty areas is betrayal trauma and infidelity. I also help women who themselves struggle with the impacts of abuse and religious trauma and abuse. I offer a safe environment to help others overcome the guilt and shame that keeps them stuck in their behaviors and offer a task-based therapy to break free.
I find that each individual has a unique situation (background, religion, ethnicity) which requires me to be flexible in my therapeutic approach. My education and experience has given me a solid foundation in which I am able to use an approach that will compliment your goals for counseling.
