I find authenticity as a therapist through an experiential approach and hope to provide you with genuine empathy and honest feedback while we create new experiences, face challenges, and grow together in the therapeutic space.
I welcome any variety of client concerns, but have experience working with communication issues, relationship stressors, perinatal loss, grief, parenting, depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, and trauma. I see couples, families, and individuals ages 13 and older.
It can bring up a variety of feelings to share your personal life with someone you don't know well. I hope to ease those fears and welcome you with open arms into a space where you feel embraced where you are, and empowered to be where you hope be.
