My goal as a therapist is to create a safe and supportive space where you can process painful emotions and life challenges while reconnecting with your inner strength and capacity to heal. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. I understand firsthand the impact of trauma, abuse, narcissistic dynamics, infertility, difficult marriage, hostile divorce, and the challenges of parenting in complex family systems. These experiences deepen my empathy and inform my trauma-focused, compassionate approach. My hope is to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, clarity, and greater emotional freedom.
I view therapy as a collaborative partnership focused on meaningful goals that support healing and growth. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach including EFT, Narrative, and CBT. I also offer outdoor walk-and-talk sessions and mindfulness practices to foster insight, balance, and lasting change.
