I have worked with individuals from early childhood to older adults to provide guidance regarding many different diagnoses, life events, and family stressors. Personal and professional experiences allow me to work with people in a genuine, judgment and pressure free manner that makes people feel very comfortable. I utilize various approaches including Talk, Cognitive, Client-Centered, and Play therapy. I am certified in CBT.
