I love working with kiddos, teens and adults who are navigating life’s transitions. I work with children, teens, and adults living with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD and the challenges and frustrations that often accompany these issues. I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, integrating evidence-based interventions to help clients find clarity, strengthen connections, and foster meaningful growth.
