I offer holistic, somatic, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy with a focus on resilience, integration, and self-trust. I specialize in psychedelic preparation, integration and recovery from psychedelic harm. My approach is collaborative and grounded in deep respect for your own inner wisdom and healing process!
