I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), providing tele-health services in Minnesota. I am passionate about helping individuals from ages 16 and up, specializing in grief, goal-setting, weight loss, anxiety, depression, & life transitions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy guiding individuals through a transformative experience. I find therapy not only as a tool for overcoming struggles but as an essential part of well-being.
I have found my style and approach is often a good fit with adolescents and adults who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress & seeking personal growth. I take on a collaborative approach working with individuals to help navigate transition periods, build stronger skill sets and develop a better sense of well-being.
