These old scripts are likely connected to hurts and trauma that have caused painful patterns requiring healing in partnership with a clear and engaged practitioner. I am specialized in treating individuals and couples with a history of trauma and am an AASECT-certified Sex Therapist. I work with a combination of practical, change-focused strategies along with a number of mind-body modalities to support healing and growth in the desired direction.
