I am passionate about clients feeling empowered to to be able to confidently navigate the ups and downs of life. I am committed to building a strong therapeutic rapport that enables the client to feel safe, respected and unconditionally supported.
I have experience working with several diagnoses, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Adjustment, trauma, and grief.
Individuals are unique, which means strategies, techniques and sessions are tailored to meet client’s needs. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy are some modalities used.
