I believe in an integrative approach to counseling; focusing on bio-psycho-social and strengths-based models while seeking to understand clients through a trauma-sensitive lens. I value each client's journey and work to develop a relationship based upon trust and connection.
I am a certified perinatal mental health provider who is passionate about serving mothers experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Both individual and group treatment options are available. I believe partner and family support is essential to the treatment process. Lap babies are always welcome in session!
As a provider with years of experience, and a fellow parent of young children, I offer tools and perspective that can help individuals shift their thoughts, communication, and actions in challenging moments.
